Is there any insurance coverage for my massage therapy treatment?Most British Columbians may be covered for Registered Massage Therapy through their workplace group insurance plan, MSP (Medical Services Plan), WorkSafe BC, ICBC, Veterans Affairs (DVA) and RCMP.

What can I expect during my massage therapy visit?Your therapist will do a quick interview and assessment of your symptoms to be able to create a safe and effective individualized treatment plan for you. During massage, feel free to let your therapist know of any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing to help her adjust or change her pressure or technique. After massage, your therapist may give you home care exercises, heat or cold therapy, or even suggestions to help with your activities of daily living.

Do you do direct billing?Yes, Vital Motion Massage is a registered clinic, we can do direct billing to most major insurance providers on your behalf. Please note that we are submitting your claim on your behalf out of courtesy and all payments remain the patient’s responsibility.
